I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IceMobile (Beirut) in Jul 2019
Interview
After submitting my CV, I received an email from the HR for an HR interview. It was very pleasant.
Then I moved to the technical interview, it was with 2 Android chapter leads. Those guys were super friendly and the 1.5 hours interview with them went like a breeze. I got their acceptance and now in the process of moving forward.
I am writing this review to voice that despite my status is not finalized yet and I didn't get an offer yet, the HR department is doing a phenomenal job by ensuring the interview process is smooth and up to the standards where the candidate is their top priority. The whole team is doing a really great job which I am sure will help them attract more and more talents!

Question 1
It was basically a live coding interview where they prepared an Android project on a repository on Github and asked me to adjust and enhance it.
In my opinion this is a very effective and realistic way in testing and measuring the candidates' skills instead of asking to solve some problems that is not related to the day to day job by any means.
