      Anonymous Interview

      9 Apr 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Ibexa

      Interview

Gaslighting, being entitled, and unapproachable. Abruptly stopping for an imaginary reason only to gaslight me into thinking my skills were not enough, although we did not speak about them at all (they had reviewed my portfolio beforehand and had given me a pass, so the argument made no sense). And also speaking how I should be the only person to try to work FOR them not WITH them was just the final nail in the coffin. The HR person had a mindset from the 90s apparently. They also discriminate in their recruitment based on the preferred form of work (employment/B2B). Sorry but it's just a big and utter red flag. Please change the HR person, that'd be a good start
