Iberia Medical Center interview questions

I arrived at told time got a phone call right when I pulled up to come back 2 hours later , left then came back sat in the er full of sick people then went into his office . He asked me questions like future goals and what customer service issues I’ve dealt with and didn’t have to, and asked if I can do the night shift I said yes . He also asked if I had a record and if I could pass a urine test I said yes and he took my number down and never called me !

Very informal. The manager at the time sat down, told me a little about himself then asked some personal questions about me. He then asked me why I wanted to be a nurse and why the ED attracts me. He told me on the spot after a 5 minute interview that I was hired on. HR contacted me the next day.
