First stage consisted of a one on one interview with basic questions about your background and why you want to work there, followed by a day out on field with a trainee and then another final interview

Spoke a lot of nonsense in the interview. I was over qualified but he made the job seem harder than it actually was. He made it is seem like the job was giving me the world. But it wasnt. It was door to door commision based sales.

Was more of a discussion than an interview.
Gave me the job 1 hour after I left.
Sketchy business as I've heard a lot of bad things about them.
