Multiple layers. HR, managers, VP's are all involved in the process. It took over 3 months for them to make an offer. After all that their initial offer was lower than what was initially discussed.

The process was fairly typical, I had my phone interview, then came in and met with the recruiter and hiring manager. All were professional and made me feel welcome.

Phone interview, followed up by live interview with manager, then back to HR phone interview, followed by, an in person HR interview.....
Probably one of the most unprofessional interviewing experiences I've gone through. Very slow responding to email and phone calls - if they replied at all. The decision dates kept moving. Everything seemed very unorganized. Too many red flags. Not recommended.
