I have been called by HR for an opening position and went with good preparation.
They have tested in good way by asking different questions on academic, current issue and policies.
I performed well and got selected.
Great company. Very good process and people. I liked the way that they used processes and habits to create culture and meaning and helpful opportunities but also challenges and such
Long and Exhausting process. I had 19 interviews. First round with recruiters then division management then platform then segment. I missed interviewing with the cleaning crew. Clearly indecisive leaders and no one wanted to own the decision. Very bureaucratic.

Nice short and sweet. Very typical interview, can you apply basic accounting principles, do you work well with others, ever used an ERP system before. Overall a very intriguing and thorough interview, exactly what you would expect.
