Interview
HR manager sets up interview time for phone screening then if you pass, you move to an in-person interview with HR, plant manager and controller. Final round interview is with your manager's manager.
The interview process consisted of a quick phone screen then an in person interview. They did not realize I was missing an education credential before calling me in for an interview which was disappointing. Almost got offered, but due to missing this credential did not get the job.

Interview
The HR Director was condescending during the initial interview and acted like their time was too important to be speaking with me. Barely let me speak and interrupted me. Would not recommend interviewing here, unless you have a lot of experience and can assert yourself in your skills.
