ITC Infotech Java Lead interview questions

I can say it's really disappointed with the process. They just judge the candidate only with what they knew. The questions asked in panel were completely as a pure developer role and they didn't mentioned it in JD also like that. Also never touch any framework related and architecture, design related questions that help for the company. They just took the interview as formal and completed in 10 minutes itself which showing the standards of the company interview process.
