Interviewer input incorrect time and was an hour late (virtual interview). Never got response after interviewing. Never gave feedback or reply when I tried to follow up. Tried to get answers from supervisor but had no luck.

After an almost two month process and all references called that were glowing, the very young D.M. shared inappropriate items all along the way. She was unprofessional and clearly had very little self confidence. Its always okay to go with another candidate to constantly be told I will call you for closure and does not is cowardly to which she said she was afraid to do... A company should NOT call references until a job offer is the next step ALSO why make me waste my gas and time to met with a regional only to be told during the 4th interview "whenever I hire someone over qualified 90% of the time it never works out" REALLY???? He knew what my experience was, this company needs to replace the existing management and take courses in H.R. and common decency.
