ISO New England interview questions

Lengthy process, had preliminary phone screening first. Then had a interview with director the next week. Then the following week had 3 separate interviews one after another on a long zoom call (Employee 1, Employee 2, then original recruiter and someone else from HR together at end, a lot of STAR). Easy conversations with everyone but the original recruiter, spotty communication from the start to the finish.

I had a good interview experience, the questions were selected well. They did a good job at explaining ISOs role in operating the grid. A lot of ISOs functions are unknown to new people in the industry.
