HR round, Technical round and you should be very good in communication skills overall process was not like a MNC company, there are 4 rounds total 2 technical and 2 communications round
Good interview set of questions and good discussion with interviewer , and learned new things about current market. Two rounds of interview, then HR round. Noida bases mid size company , gives you works on serve technology as per client requirements. Service bases model driven company.

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Ishir(Noida, India) in Jan2014.Although can't say the same about the guy who interviewed me. Rude and arrogant from the beginning. Asking me questions like a experience guy.
