Submitted application online. Contacted by HR a week later. Completed a writing assessment and a pre-recorded video interview. Talked to the director of the Academy for about 30 minutes. Had a short case, mostly focused on my past experience and why I wanted to join the Academy. Had a 1:1 phone interview with another senior personnel: 3 short cases, then behavioral and technical questions. My profile was referred to another department because my salary requirement was too high. Seriously? The amount of salary I requested was average or even below the average compared to that of their competitors and other consulting firms.
