I applied for the analyst position online through their website on Friday. The next morning (Saturday) I received an on-demand online interview from the IQVIA saying I have 120 hours to finish the interview and submit the video recording. After I clicked on the on-demand video link, there was little information about how the interview would proceed and what the process would be, simply telling you to record the introduction video. After the introduction video, there was only one question asked which was "what is your fav color?". "Fav" not "Favourite"... Fav. To think they could have rejected an extremely talented well suited person simply because they answered what their favourite colour was in the wrong way. This was such a ridiculous interview experience. I still recorded my answer and finished the interview process. Then soon after I received an email from them rejecting my application.

I had 4 rounds of interview: Phone IV, Market research/business understanding examination, Virtual IV, and Case Study IV. The process took about 3 months, from my first phone call till when I was offered the position
