It was a very straight forward and easy interview process. There are HR reps dedicated to helping you through every part of the process so it makes it easy. They call you before the actual interview and tell you what exactly to expect and what to do in certain situations

Pretty basic questions. Why should we hire you, whats your history, etc

Interview
A few zoom calls with management. The last interview was very short with upper management, I think they already made up their mind at that point after speaking with the interviewing managers.
It was four rounds first meeting with IQVIA manager, then meeting with the IQVIA manager and manager for the manufacturer over zoom, then with them in person and finally with the director.
Long interview process including; internet assessments, phone interview with recruiter, phone interview with district sales manager, in person interview with district sales manager and regional sales manager, ride-alongs with current sales representatives
