I got a call from HR regarding a position for which i did not apply, the HR had seen my profile from Naukri.com . The HR person collected all the information and when asked about the Job description (JD), I was informed that it will be shared. I did not receive the JD and after 2 weeks, I get a call for an interview f2 f and I asked for JD again and still no proper replies and when the time for the interview was scheduled, since I was about to join the meeting 2 mins before the scheduled time, the HR calls and she gets angry since I am supposed to join 15 mins before the scheduled time. When I joined the meeting I was asked to turn on the camera and show my ID details on camera. Still no JD and the interviewer isn’t aware of that JD was never shared and finally interviewer tells that IQVIA is very professional and takes time to inform everyone of their results of the interview. I never received an email nor a call about the interview. Never came across such unprofessional people over my career so far.

There were 3 rounds of interview. Technical interview Written test Manager interview All the 3 rounds were carried within a span of 2 weeks. The interviewers were very professional and makes it very comfortable.
