Interview
Phone screen with HR, 30 minute call with hiring manager, 1 hour case and 1 hour presentation. The process was consistent with other consulting interviews. The case was a traditional consulting style case with a healthcare focus. The presentation prompt was shared ahead of time so I could prepare a PPT.

Interview
Good and short process. Very professionel and kind people who makes it a confirtable conversation. I had multiple interviews before landing a job there and I questioned this. They told me that they wanted to find the best role for me there where I would fit and be happy with. That made me feel heard and secure.
Interviews with hiring manager, Group HR, and CEO. Overall good experience, everyone was friendly. They did not oversell the position, and instead explained the difficulties as well to paint a realistic picture of the role.
