Completed the HireVue assessment, if you are prepared and know clinical research it should be very easy. I am CRC trying to transition to CRA and it was not bad.

Question 1
Describe what qualifies an AE to be an SAE and give examples
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IQVIA (Turin) in Jun 2021
Interview
Contacted by recruiter. Short phone talk basically testing my english and about the CV. Recontacted by different recruiter to schedule second interview. Afterward I was introduced to the possibility of an internship of 3 months before hiring due to my short carreer in clinical trials. The process was quick and very professional.

Question 1
-Talk about yourself. Soft skills.
-What experience do you have .
-How would you act in case of an issue or PD during a monitoring visit.
HireVue virtual interview was the only interview I completed so far. It was straightforward and easy once you got the hang of talking to yourself. Make sure you use the think time to practice so you're more relaxed when it starts.
Quick and painless (not anxiety free though haha). I spoke with a recruiter first, did the HireVue interview, and then had an interview with one of the managers. I think giving a lot of information about my experience during the HireVue was super helpful, and helped me feel more confident too.
