Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was asked to talk about an ideal process. Then we basically talked shop for the next 45 minutes or so. The interviewers were open in sharing information on the direction of the company and the challenges it was facing and they were eager to discuss how my experience, expertise, and ideas could fit in with their strategic planning. The interview was a lively and respectful discussion among seasoned professionals, which was a much better way to learn whether or not we were a good fit, as opposed to canned interview questions.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at IPT Associates (Washington, DC) in Oct 2017
Interview
Very basic interview. They ask you about your experience and how comfortable you are in an administrative position. They express their desire for flexible workers and understand that it is not an end-job for everyone. Rather, they want individuals who are ready to work in government contracting as soon as possible and for a few years.
