telephone interview for a background check and knowledge of the position, also questions about former jobs and experiencie in the field. then a month later i had a local 1:1 interview to check if i would fit to the company´s culture , there were no working questions

It was a phone interview that I wasn't made aware was an interview, only a phone call. But for what it was I was thoroughly informed of all the opportunities regarding working at IPG and was thoroughly excited. Though I wasn't selected in the end, I was still really pleased with the hiring process.
