They did a programming test over video. Code would be on the screen and I was asked to find an issue and give a solution. Questions could be asked to help.

Question 1
Each question was presented as a block of code for their hardware they are developing. The code would have an issue and asked for you to solve it. They didn't explain their product to allow me to understand the possible issue.
Fairly casual process and there are no technical interviews/coding assessments or anything like that. Takes a long time to hear back from them but other than that it was pleasant to interview.
