I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ION in Aug 2024

Interview

In-person interview (no phone screening) which included a tour. Interviewer promised follow-up within 2 days after interview which did not happen. Sent two follow-up emails to HR to inquire and got no response until I emailed their general info email which went to one of the VPs.

It was really tough. they asked me two puzzles of which i knew the answer of only one. then they asked me a coding problem which was difficult. it was about how to add two numbers without using the + or × sign. But after thinking for a while i came up with an answer using - sign.
