My interview process with ION Group consisted of several stages and was both rigorous and engaging. It included three interview rounds, where I met different members of the team and discussed my background, motivation, problem-solving approach, and fit for the Leadership Development Program. In addition, there was a case study, designed to assess how I analyse business situations, structure my thinking, and communicate recommendations clearly under time pressure. The process also included a group exercise, where candidates worked together on a task. This stage focused on collaboration, communication, leadership potential, and the ability to contribute effectively in a team setting. Overall, the process was designed to evaluate both technical and interpersonal skills, reflecting the rotational and high-impact nature of the programme.
