DO NOT APPLY TO THIS COMPANY. No matter how prestigious it looks from the outside, interesting that they work in different countries, etc. This was the biggest waste of time, mental energy, and stress. After two first round interviews, three in the superday and one case study, and a verbal offer a week after all of these, I am left blindly staring at an short email I recieved saying they will not be moving forward with my candidacy with no real reason. After 4 months of consistently reaching out for updates after receiving a formal offer letter, I was informed yesterday that they would not be moving forward with my candidacy. No real reason, constant false hope for months, lack of replies from HR (there is no HR), and you left being hurt and confused. This is the worst company I have ever applied to and the worst I have ever been treated throughout receiving a verbal offer. Again, DO NOT APPLY HERE.

Dopo un primo colloquio positivo con le risorse umane, ho preso parte al loro test tecnico. Ho una laurea in matematica e mi era stato assicurato che non sarebbe stato svantaggioso per questo test, grazie alla presenza di domande di logica, inglese e un codice da compilare in un linguaggio a propria scelta. Per i primi due argomenti non c'è stato alcun problema ma la fregatura (per la mia preparazione accademica) è stata la parte di programmazione che, contrariamente da come mi era stato detto, consisteva in 3/5 del test e soprattutto era infattibile per qualcuno con le mie conoscenze. Ovviamente nei giorni successivi mi è arrivata una mail con scritto che non volevano proseguire con me per il lavoro. Quello che posso dire è che non possono pretendere che fisici o matematici abbiano quella padronanza nella programmazione.
