I had a phone interview with some American bloke for a NET developer role. He was very rude and aggressive and I couldn't wait to get off the phone.
I asked how the work culture is and whether there is a good work life balance and he didn't respond so I asked if they do long hours and if it is a high pressure environment and he responded with 'How do you think? It's finance'.
Well, I think there are plenty of establishments (at least this side of the pond) that provide good work life balance and treat their employees and interviewees with respect. That's what I think!
Look elsewhere, they are too small anyway <50 people. Also, for a senior developer they offer just 70K which is below par.
