INVISTA interview questions

a round of HR interview（to get some basic information and chat about the company's culture, HR was very friendly and willing to share personal experience why she preferred this company） and another round interview with the manager, supervisor and the mentor. the whole process was quite long, and questions were all based on JD and CV. During the internship, everybody treat me as a team member, willing to come back this company if I have any chances.

Phone Screen with an out of state Invista recruiter, Video Call with hiring manager, Onsite team interviews with six people in Katy, Texas. They were interested in retrieving information on my US patents. No one called me after the interviews to let me know if I got the job or not. Most of the team acted nice and professional. Very unprofessional recruiting process!
