First, you get a short phone interview with HR by Vietnamese. Then you will be asked to the company and do an IQ and EQ test which are very easy and some short questions about marketing campaign you liked and how to write a good email. If you pass, you will meet your line manager and maybe the director (if he's not too busy, optional)
