Terrible, unless your male, don’t expect to be a producer. They only want women in “service positions.” I was told they just hired a male for the same position with no license or sales experience and I have both.

It was on zoom during the pandemic. I only remember the man on the zoom telling me, " we really like to hire young talent". I was mortified and couldn't believe I was hearing this. Didn't get the job and I am thankful everyday that I didn't.
