The scheduling process felt quite unorganized. The interview coordinator did not seem fully aware of time zone differences or recent time changes, which led to some confusion. Additionally, I was not clearly informed about the expectations or format of each interview in advance.
During the second interview, I was asked to solve SQL problems while simultaneously trying to understand Ingot’s customer logic from scratch, without sufficient context or preparation. This made the exercise feel somewhat unclear and disjointed, and the overall experience was a bit unusual.
