ING Off-cycle M&A interview questions

1st round interview - why ING, a bit about yourself and lots of technical questions (DCF, Relative Valuation, LBO Models, EV and Equity Value). Overall positive experience. 2nd round interview - A negative experience, constantly was interrupted and when I asked questions the second interviewer didn't even give a proper answer. No clear structure in the interview. Did not even receive a rejection email. They just did not let me know the outcome of the application.
