I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ING (Amsterdam)
Interview
after a call with hr and then team lead/ chapter lead, they sent a homework project it was easy. i was called to come to office for face to face with other chapter leads (mostly behavioural conversation - none technical) and after that technical interview which they told me technical one will be about the assignment i completed. the guy in technical interview was too annoying and aggressive. he was mentioning something else which was not written in the assignment and he was not really polite. it was not the team member i was going to work but yeah thanks, i also agree i dont need these people in my daily team work. i got rejected just because him i guess. i spent more than 2 hours in a small glass room middle of the coridoor, which was not funny and i was too tired and having headache because of no air inside! i was not going to accept anyway.

Interview
It was a confortable and positive experience. They waited a couple of weeks, so I was grateful for that. Asked me technical issues about my work experience and test my knowledge.

I applied online and I received a phone call on next day. It is the three-stage interview process.
1 Interview over the phone (one of the recruitment officers)
2 Practical assessment (algorithm) which had to submit within a week
3 Technical interview
I really like the ING interview process.
