The interview contained 2 procedure. 1. get to know each other (introducing the role and candidate's working experience) and 2. discuss the result of BIG 5 test. The whole procedure was very relaxed. But the Dutch language seems a hard requirement for this vacancy. Overall, it was a positive interview experience.
