Interview
First, there was an online English test. It was not difficult. Then, an online capacity test including verbal numerical and logical tests. After these tests there was a short interview about motivations of position and checking information in CV. As last step before hiring, an assessment was done. It includes behavioural event interview, growth potential interview, role play. I think it was the most difficult part of the process. You need to have good stories about your tranieeships, your projects or your past working experiences.

Interview
I was invited to take several psychometric tests, which were not very difficult, but the time limit was very tight. The Situational Judgement Test was not time-limited. I think, all the tests that I took require good preparation in terms of reading and doing calculations very fast.

Interview
I applied online and waited for about three to four weeks, then I received online test. The test was from TALENT Q and it was difficult. After passing online test, I received telephone interview after a week. The telephone interview was okay, they liked to ask you about your weakness, failure (about your CV). Then I received invitation for assessment day on this month. I am still preparing.
