Interview
First round was a general HR + hiring manager, the usual questions about motivation, skills, work experience etc. Then they gave me 2 home projects for graphic design and communication strategy.

Interview
Interview process was too many hoops. Three interviews which were crammed quickly after one another. Recruiter then spent 3 months to confirm whether the interviews were successful and only responded after several prompts
The interviews themselves were fine but last one was unnecessary. Competency based questions relating to the role and opportunity to meet other colleagues.
Also included a test
Three rounds, pretty much standard questions (why ing, why this job, accomplishments, how would you deal with xyz situation etc. They place high importance on team and culture fit so do your research.
