I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at INDG (Amsterdam) in Nov 2018
Interview
The process began with a couple of telephone interviews. An initial screening/suitability, followed by one with the line manager.
After this I was invited to Amsterdam as their guest (they paid) to give a presentation and have additional interviews.
The whole process was extremely professional, with a strong focus on keeping it fair so it was the same level for all candidates.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked many questions, everything from whether I could relocate to Amsterdam to examples of how I handled challenging situations
We're really happy to read you had a positive experience! Please do keep an eye open for opportunities in the future as there could be something there which is absolutely perfect for you.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at INDG in Sept 2017
Interview
I had two interviews. First interview was held by phone, about 30 minutes. The recruiter asked about my expirience and things I find myself good at. The next day I was invited for a personal interview. The manager didn’t pay attention to me whatsoever, very disrespectful behaviour (was distracted by other people in the office and laughing with them during the interview). Didn’t get the job, but honestly wasn’t very upset as I wouldn’t want to work with people that disrespectful.
We're sorry to hear of your experiences during the interview process. It's a shame to read and we will certainly learn from it.
If you'd like to write in directly, i'd love to take a call with you so we can apologise. Thank you for coming onsite and we hope you'll continue to look at the roles online and follow our journey.
Wishing you all the best in your job search!
