I forwarded my CV through a former employee, and the hiring person called me for a quick interview. I was set up for a half an hour phone interview. I had six people interviewing me from the other end, and they had an immediate requirement to hire. They took turns in asking the questions, and I answered them as honestly as I could. They asked about my analysis and excel experience. The panel also tried to gauge my studiousness (for the lack of a better word). Examples are: How you approach challenging tasks? Have you kept your textbooks? And How have you done your research?
