I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at IMEG (Ahmedabad) in Jun 2021
Interview
The recruitment comprises of the following rounds: Hr screening, written test, Technical Interview 1, Technical Interview 2, a personality kind questionnaire, 2 more HR interviews. The company doesn't value the candidate's time, they drag this whole process for 1.5 months, and after the final round, they just stop responding to the candidate's call. Only after 2 months, I got to know that they forgot to reply about my rejection (a rejection based on useless repetitive HR questions in the final round).
If you're eyeing a position in this role, better be prepared for 6-7 rounds, that just seems irrelevant and may reject you in the final baseless round, though you have all the technical, communication, and professional skills.
