      Interview

I was surprised by how the hiring process, which is typically completed within two weeks, extended over four months in this case. While I understand that timelines can vary, I found the lack of clear communication from the hiring team throughout this period extremely challenging and, frankly, unprofessional. The technical interview round included a panel of 8-10 interviewers, which felt overwhelming and unusual. Additionally, the feedback session was intriguing but lacked clarity, leaving me more confused than informed. I’m not sure if this reflects common hiring practices in Belgium or if it’s specific to this organization, but the overall experience has given me reservations about the level of organization and communication within the team.
