IMCORP interview questions

Applied via JobRecruiter.com . I got an email from IMCORP's HR manager within a week. I was given a personality test and a skill test via multiple choice computer test. I was then called back and told

Very pleasant 2 hours long interview in person. Good and intelligent managers. The only down part is luck of communication. I sent resume and got response a month later with invitation for interview. No courtesy message about receiving my resume, no call, nothing. Ten days after interview I have to contact them back since no one informed me about outcome of my interview. I consider it is rude.
