CV cover letter, pymetric games, hr interview with a brainteaser or so and then a final 3 stage technical interview with hr quant and trading stations. good process but hard.
Questions online and assessment full of games and exercises that takes a long time and then video interview with two questions and few minutes to prepare and then answer on the video interview
