I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at IMC Trading (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2019

First round - speed arithmetic, ranging from easy to hard
Second round - behavioral fit, why trading, what relevant experience do you bring
Third round - Technical, Options theory
Fourth - another math screen, speed test with pattern recognition
Onsite - 3 interviews: market making, behavioral, probability
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Math tests- answer as many questions correctly in given time
Options theory - know graphs and explain greeks
Market making - lightning round of making markets on different option contracts
It was a tough market making game and a pretty easy brain teaser. The process took a while as well. I think I got nervous since it was my first interview as the difficulty was not too bad.
Have to play some reaction games, I tried for a business course, failed and then also got insta reject on actual application. Reject came in within a day. Was a bit disappointing
Assesments first, than HR/Technical after that a superday. Assesments are a video interview, where you record a video and get to questions to answer. HR interview partially checks whether you would be a personality fit to the company but also assesses some more technical skills. Superday has a quant round, a trader round which are more technical and another HR round.

Question 1
HR round is partially personal, partially brain teaser. Superday is problem solving and probability heavy.
