Interview
Started with CV/cover letter submission, before moving into online test. The test was relatively difficult, a mix of probability and brain teaser/logic. The brain teaser/logic questions were often some of the common ones with modifications to make them harder. After this, was invited to HR interview which was straightforward. Finally had a technical interview. Also relatively difficult under pressure, but a strong analytical and mathematical mind will get you through here. Never heard back after technical interview.

Given a situation, find a way to model inefficiencies in the system. Compare systems and justify why one is better than the other.
Neurolympic games (can find online) then hire vue where really you just have to answer maths question correctly followed by hr interview then final round. Most straightforward maths questions as well as market making games

3x3 square. Probability of starting somewhere moving twice and ending up on an even number.
1st round was neurolympics (reflexes, reasoning, etc...) , 2nd was a one way video question interview consisted of 3 questions 2 were personal and 3rd was probability and after had 1st round interview with hr 45 mins

It consists of 5 stages, CV plus cover letter, Neurolymics test (cognitive test), one way interview, HR interview (behavioural, market making and quant questions) and incoming in person interview in Amsterdam office.
