My interview process started with a phone interview from a company recruiter she asked a lot of great qualifying questions and I was able to speak freely this interview lasted about 20 minutes. Then there was the in-person interview followed by the grandparent interview which was the final interview after which I was made an offer that I accepted.

Mrs. Kruze was honest and thorough during the interview process. She explained the company's core values and how much she enjoyed being a coworker at IKEA. I am looking forward to getting to work with her.
