Interview
There were two stages, the first one was a phone interview to get a gauge of who I was, the second stage was a group interview with others to see how well we work as a team and then private discussions with management
Casual questions, like your previous experience, to tell positive characteristics of your self, why you want to work here, etc. Also if you want to ask something about the job or the company etc.
They ask you about yourself and ask how you fit with their company values. For example they would tell you about the value and then ask you a time in your life where you have related to that value.

Pretty easy. Interviewers were very friendly. Applied for the position through their website. Got an email from the senior recruiter asking to make a call. During the call , they scheduled an interview date.
