Quite a difficult process, it was a half day event. Was put in a room with 30 other interviewees, a lot of teambuilding challenges and impromptu situational interview, have to act out a customer scenario infront of everyone

Natural, and calm. When I ask for suggestion of my interview, they just said be my real self, and later they told me that competition was strong...Well....I just knew that my education background might not have advantage and that was hurt that they treat you well but reject you. Well.... I know is because to be professional...

Few rounds of interview, one interview session took the whole day. Interviewed with about 30 ppl, divided into groups, teamwork activity and presentation, and a section where you had to act out a situation with a customer.
