Quick and straight forward easy. From applying to getting call from recruiter to scheduling interview and then doing in person interview all the way to offer was smooth and quick flowing process. Only was dragged out cause had to reschedule phone interview once.
Having been a rehire i was also used to how things worked already so the interview was a lil different that a typical one but did ask me basic situational leadership questions about work and ikea values which was nice to make sure someones a fit culture wise with company.
