The interiview process was done online(due to covid).Had to complete a project in 24hr time period at home. And present it onoine to the nterio design team in ikea. The hiring process is long around 3 weeks to get back to you with final yes/no.
Easy if you are good at ehat you do.

Describe real life situationsa nd finding solutions to it , from an interior designer percpective.
Chiamata online con il responsabile che mi ha illustrato il ruolo e ha chiesto il mio interesse per il ruolo. Disponibili e molto gentili. Mi è stato illustrata la paga, l'orario lavorativo, il servizio mensa e benefit aziendale.
L’expérience a été enrichissante, mais aussi très exigeante :
Entretien téléphonique avec le responsable RH
Test de design à réaliser
Entretien avec le manager du département design
Entretien en ligne avec le responsable international
Et enfin, un workshop test sur place
Après toutes ces étapes, ma candidature n’a pas été retenue.

Several different interviews. The ability to meet lots of team members. They valued new and fresh input. Comfortable setting. Details about the 4 design styles, age, income and room size portfolios that will need to be practiced.
