Interview
Initially I was contacted over the phone for an informal interview. This went well, and after a long wait I was invited by email to attend a group interview. The group interview was quite fun. We had to build something in a group, and try to sell another thing to the group. Also, there was a 45 mon written test. I was outgoing without being to overwhelming and showed I was friendly and a team player, which is why I got the job. Just act relaxed and you will be in for a better chance.

Self Introduction,
Ask about experience of customer service (give an example how to satisfy customer need and make them happy), your current home furnishing and improvement , idea of team work
Starts with group interviews that are activity based. Getting involved and showing your values and personality is a must. Then 1:1 interviews done with management all based around IKEAs values.
