Fair Experience. Applied to job, received request for phone interview the next day. Phone call wasn't for a few weeks because that was the first availability. IKEA was looking for someone with 5+ years experience in visual merchandizing and were looking to hire right away, which were requirements I couldn't meet at this time.
Had to do an entire day of interview in person, with three assignments (one at home before the interview, one group, and one individual). They offered to give feedback after they rejected me. I didn't get one when I asked for it.
