1st you will receive a phone interview
And then you will get a second face to face interview.
The face to face interview is where your personality needs to kick in .
Be yourself, smile if you don’t like people and aren’t self driven this position isn’t for you at all

Interview
It was an exclusive interview with people invited from two colleges. The number of applicants was over 25. We had basic introductions, a GD and an interview afterwards. My interviewers were polite though same was not the case for other people.
