After applying on line, I received a call from corporate HR making sure I was a good fit for the company and at the end of the call she said that she will push the application to the store. About a week later I received a call from the Bistro/Swedish Food Market Manager to schedule an interview. Later I was interviewed by the Bistro/SFM Manager and then by the Ikea Food Manager who then gave me an offer for a seasonal position. After I accepted the offer, I started paperwork and did the drug test as well as when to come back for their orientation called Before the Floor. The Process itself took about 3 weeks, if you don't include the original HR call and delay to schedule an interview, It actually took about the same amount of time to start working as my previous jobs.
